    i started 23 june weighing a massive 315lbs
    today (27 july ) i am 291 lbs i lost 24 lbs so far soing atkins i m really chuffed with it, i got all the tips form your website and bought the book form epay for 1 pence which i sdue any day now
    i typicaly have scramble egg for breakfast then tuna or sausages for dinner then chicken or ham or tuna or turkey with some salad and cheese.
    i have never felt hungry and drink around 4-5 pints of water a day and have one cup of tea a day,

    i resurected my mountain bike a few weeks ago and did a 22 mile trip last sunday and felt ok after it as well !

    i will keep on this atkins as long as i can and aim for around 230lbs for now

    this is by far and away the easiest diet for men

    Isn't this an easy WOE? A 22 mile bike trip! That is really great! It's an easy diet for women too! Good Luck! Keep Posting!

      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
      Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        i am down to 130 kg now (286lb)

        so i have lost two stone now
