  • Lost a pound, checking in

    Hi Everyone,

Today is my weigh in day, I lost 1 pound. I haven't been posting much lately, I have Multiple Sclerosis and I'm out of remission and having full blown symptoms. I'm very pleased to have lost 1 pound since I haven't been able to exercise this week, but I'm also not eating much. I try not to let it get me down, but it's depressing having to try all these different medications and dealing with the side effects. Anyway, hope everyone is doing well!

I'm sorry about the MS. My best friend was diagnosed when we were in high school. She doesn't have remissions except when she was pregnant with her kids. I know how awful the meds can make you feel. I hope you get through this bout real soon. Keep us posted. Congrats on the 1 pound loss. It's always nice to see a new number.

I was down to 175 in 2007 and I will get back there again!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Well done to you! I only lost one pound during the past two weeks, but a pound lost is better than a pound gained.
I haven't been posting much due to PC probs either. I hope your MS symptoms ease up soon.
