    Re: george foreman grill

I use them for grilled chicken breasts. I grill a bunch of them on the weekend, so I can use them in different ways during the week.

I just bought my first one at Younkers two days ago. They were having a great sale on the jumbo size one (the biggest one). Normally $120 at Younkers. and $70 at Wallyworld, it was on sale for $40. So far it has only cooked hamburgers and chicken breasts, but it did fine on those two items. It gets a thumbs up from me.

That gas price is pretty high! The imperial gallon is 25% larger than the US gallon though. Still high,.

I love my George Foreman, I use it the very least 5 times a week. I make hamburgers, chicken breast, thighs, I grill vegetables (zuccini, asparagus). I could not live without my GF.

The GF grill is about ALL I use in the summer because I don't want
to heat up the house. I LOVE it and now my parents have one.
My kids can drag it out themselves and make hamburgers and even
the roasted hot dogs are great! I cook sausage, weiners, chicken, steak,
beacon, grilled cheese-you name it! WELL worth the $.

I guess I have not perfected how to use it because I am always burning my meat.

I just bought one today and chucked a couple of pork steaks on it for dinner. Its so quick!!! No more setting the smoke alarm off now after using the gas grill on my oven...... my neighbours will be relieved.

Its a pretty good item for what it does. Except be careful about running the fat out...thats fat you need!

Oh and about the gas...most of britains petrol prices are from Tax....

George Foreman grill is great in the winter time, but now we use the BBQ for almost everything. I especially love grilled vegies!

I cant get used to my grill. It sits in the cupboard. There is no flavor after cooking the meat to me. My mother loves hers.

I must need a better marinade than italian dressing.

I have a large GF, but don't use it much. I thought I was loosing too much fat out of my my meats.

I like my GF grill, but I HATE CLEANING IT! YUK!

It's easier just to wash a frying pan.

Me too! The meat cooks too quickly and gets really dry or burned.

How to you guys keep from burning or cooking too quickly? (Mine doesn't have a temperature control, just plugs in)
