are you allowed to eat soy sauce on induction? and if so what brands are recommended?

Isn't all soy sauce carb free? I know it's usually high in salt tho

Right on Reina, soy sauce allowed and as long as you don't have any problem with salt. Mayo, butter, blue cheese salad dressing, vinegar, is all allowed. Just cause I am always looking for ideas, what are you going to do with the soy. I love ideas.
Like all brands, read the lables, check for hidden sugar,etc.

Check your labels. I've seen at least 2 brands that have corn syrup in them, And soy sauce is usually a carb a tablesooon. Again, check the label for your brands counts.Female/45/5'5

well i went to the mongolian barbecue place. i use kikkoman and it sez o carbs the ingredients are water,wheat, soy beans and salt_r0mel_
