    Just weighed myself.... have left the 200s and lost 15 pounds in all since starting this diet 3 weks ago tomorrow. I can't believe it -- two days ago I thought I'd hit a stall. I still can't believe it. I hopped on and off the scales four times! But here I am. I feel FANTASTIC.

    That's all. Just thought I'd share.

      Congrats! Remember that next time you "think" you hit a stall.. just be patient, and it will come off. 15 pounds in 3 weeks is amazing. I've been on for 13 weeks and haven't lost that much!

        Congratulations!!! A fantastic job well done. I too have lost. I have been on induction for a week and I have 7lbs. off. It does make you feel very good about yourself!

            congrats !

            btw you can not speak of hitting a stall in that way, you can only conclude you are stalling when you haven't seen any changes for at least 4 weeks, that means in weight and in measure, so don't be too afraid of hitting stalls, especially check this sticky, helps a lot of getting rid of the scare, hehehe
