  • New Person on the Board

    Hello All,

    I am new to this board and thought I would drop in and Say Hello...
    I have been on Atkins Since May 26, 2005 Start Weight 151. Monday I was 142. This am I was 139.8 My Goal Weight is 105-110. My Height is 4'10. Really short. I gained the majority of my weight after getting married and having a baby. After I had my son Lucas I was a size 16. Now I am a size 8-10 Depending on the Clothes and the Store. I have been a stay at home mom for the last 17 months. Which has been Great!! Though in September I will be returning to work... Pretty Scary for me. I think it is easier to do Atkins when at home and not working tried it before and failed mersiably. Anyways I am on induction currently and am happy with being on induction. I have slipped up a few times since May, but I keep going back to induction. I feel alot better when I am on induction. I also was really good about going to the gym but I have been slipping bad. I know I have only a month to work out hard before I go back to work. Look forward to chatting with you all..
    Oh Where can I post befor and after pictures, that I would not mind sharing as you all do. Thanks to all that share pictures it is so inspiring. Also where is a good place to post my weekly progress?

    welcome to ADBB why don't you visit our journal section and you can post your progress in your journal and visit with our very active journal group who love to visit each other's jopurnals. Pics can go in your sig or in your journal or the before and after section. if you are a supporting memeber there is a new photo gallery too.
    for some added motivation for that exercise part sign up for the new 6 week exercise challenge starting this sunday in the exercise challenge section you will find it as 6WEC or you can join our ongoing presidants challenge in that section too. there are some other challenges too if you want something else.
