This is what I had today to eat:
2 eggs
coffee with 2 tbsp heavy cream
1 stalk of celery with 1 tbsp Jalapeno Ranch dip
1 serving pepperoni
1.5 cups of lettuce
.5 cup of diced chicken
2.5 tbsp of jalapeno Ranch dressing (soooo good!)
12 oz sirloin steak
2 tbsp of cream cheese with cocoa and splenda
Fitday is showing only 9 Net Carbs for the day. My % are:
Protein - 36%
Fat - 62%
Carb - 2 %
Calories are 1640. My BMR is 2040.
Do I need to add some more carbs into the day? Now that I am looking I am a little short on veggies today. Maybe I will add in a cup of broccoli or another small salad. That still will keep me around 11 net carbs for the day. I am trying to avoid cheese whenever possible due to potential yeast issues.
