Low Carb Food

Does anyone know where I can find low carb white bread? Here in TX I can't find any bread but grain bread that has 5 grams net carbs. Also looking for some low carb baking mix. If anyone knows, please let me know.

If you're on induction (even extended) you can't have bread or baking mix yet.

I know, but my hubby is not on extended induction and there is a recipe for pigs in a blanket he wants me to make for him, and it calls for low-carb white bread, and I can't find it anywhere.

I've seen it at Kroger. Also at HEB. Maybe try there. Good luck!

Thanks, I will stop at Kroger on my way home today. Do you know if the maybe the one by 1960 and Veterans Memorial will carry it. That is really close to my house and i have never been there, but I have to go somewhere on 1960 today.

white bread even low carb just doesn't sound right.
Atkins is about eating whole unprocessed foods and to get it white with flour has stuff removed. you can sub any low carb bread for white bread and get your pigs in blanket effect and give DH a healthier meal too.
