  • WHAT was i thinking?

    i binged. yes me. =(. me make mistake. me need to hop back on because me have goal to reach by sept. 8 and me will reach it. oh and me establish that me buy school clothes a size too small! =) have a nice day.

        I would look into why you binged? Did you not allow yourself a legal treat, perhaps a sweet legal treat? And then the sugar monster attacked and you couldn't control it? I say this because this is me, and I've looked into why I binge and am still learning about it! But, yup jump back on the wagon and in not time you'll be on your way!

          i think its becuase i allowed myself something because i felt like i needed something sweet. i had some peanut butter. which ended up being more peanut butter which ended up being a diet coke (i cant drink them i WILL not lose, not even with Splenda, i cannot handle caffeine on Atkins) and then i wouldnt lose the next day and i would gain and i would make myself depressed and say i wouldnt do it again and i would.. BAD me =( but not anymore.. im focused. i can't allow that to happen again!

                remeber the joy you felt when you stepped on those scales and it said 299???? well as a carboholic you know you can't let that tiger out of the cage or it will be dragging you back into 300erland! So don't think of it as I can't have sweets view it more as I can have _____ whatever your current Atkins acceptable for your level food of choice is that you couldn't have if you were on a USDA high carb low cal low fat plan. Then you don't feel deprived. Doing induction? use pumpkin cream cheese and pie spice with some of your swetner if you need it sweet. it is like having poumpkin pie any time you want. or go with Not2Lates cream and cocoa powder mixed with a bit of sweetner as it gets very thick and fudge like.
                if you are an OWLer then your choices are much greater but in the end make yourself something only if you are hungry not just cause you want it cause as my wise parent said to me as a child you are old enough your wants don't hurt you any more.

                feed your hunger and not your wants and you should be very successful.
