About two weeks ago, I started with a cup of coffee for breakfast. A couple days later, I had one mid-day at the office. And now, I am drinking a couple cups every day (black). I had not touched caffine for the first part of this WOE and was making steady progress. Since putting coffee into my regular routine, I have not lost a bit. I just weighed this morning, and am exactly where I was a week ago. Everything else is the same, excersize, food etc. I completely understand that weight loss in not linier and this may be a natural 'comfort weight,' but I think I will drop the coffee for a week to see if there is a change.
