    I have a waist!

    Yes! It's true! I can't believe it -- it's been *years*. Went out tonight in a dress that used to fit like a sausage skin and is now marvellously loose and which shows my brand-new WAIST. Oh, and I'm down a cup size in bras, which is almost as exciting as the waist. But the waist, the waist.... I'm in raptures.

    I love this diet so much I could kiss it.

    Off on holiday now, back in a fortnight.

    I'm envious!!

    While my midriff has gone down considerably, I have yet to have a proper waist.
    I'm like a column....sigh.
    But better a column than a beer barrel, right? lol

        Isn't it nice to see a waist again? Whoo hoo! Next you'll be looking for cute little baby doll t-shirts to show it off. If someone had shown me some of the shirts last year that I wear this year I would've poked them in the eye! Congratualtions!!!!!!
