I posted earlier that I had been unusually constantly hungry on Sat. I mean I ate but still wanted more. I didn't know what it was but was wishin for a whooshie. Well yesterday I weighed myself and I had only lost 2 ounces the whole week. I was a little disapointed but my I measured myself and had lost some inches so my body is still moving in the right direction so I stopped worrying about the scale (for the moment). I had the same hungry feeling all day Sunday. This morning I decided to step on the scale just to see and ....I'm down from 195.4 to 193.6! I was so excited I checked over and over. I'm not saying that being constantly hungry, even though I was eating and snacking and drinking tons of water, had anything to do with this...maybe the whooshie just figured it was my turn but I am so excited to be closer to the 180's. I haven't been in the 180's in 4 years! Just thought I share a moment! Hope everyone has a wonderful, positive day!

Ha.. I'm the same way. I haven't been in the 180s for years and now I'm ~ 187. I'm syched for 185 becuase that's my next goal.
I'm also trying to get down to 179 because this is where I was in college.
