Morning All,
This past weekend I drank alcohol Friday and Saturday nights and then on Sunday went out to dinner and ate bread
. My stomach has not been the same since. I got on the scale today from Monday and I have gained 2 pounds
. I have been getting back in the groove since Monday, but I have not been eating breakfast. Could it be the bad weekend is still catching up on the scale or is it because I haven't been eating breakfast and throwing my metabolism off?
