  • New to extended induction

    Greetings All!
I have come over from Induction. Did my two weeks there....first week I lost 9 ponds and 2nd week I lost 3 so a total of 12 pounds!!! Gonna hang here while I work on some stuff. Try to consisently have my calories at least up to my BMR....try to lower my fat closer to the 65%...I am consistently in the 70%. Interesting thread going on in the Stickies in the Induction forum...top one.
And get my carbs closer to the 20 with a bit more vegies (thanks Brook).

    Anyway...looking forward to posting here!

In addition to losing a TON, Elsie provides really inspiring interior design tips.

Thanks to her, I've repainted my entire kitchen a pepto-bismal pink, and have added cooked spaghetti (thrown randomly all over the walls and cabinets) for added texture. People are coming from all over the neighborhood and the comments have been.....interesting.

Team Atkins! The fastest way & the only way to reshape my body. I lost 16 pounds of pure body fat in 3 short months. I went from 139 lbs (size 7/9)... to 123 lbs (size 3). Check out my album for before & after photos.
