    I went shopping in the junior section of a store today. Out of habit, I started looking in the plus size section. A sales lady (teenager) asked me if I needed any help. I told her I was looking for some jeans. Then, she said, "uh, this is plus-size". She said it like I was looking in the wrong section!!!! I was so shocked that someone didn't think I should be shopping for plus size clothes. I am so ecstatic!!! Just thought I'd share.


    ....I haven't changed my signature, yet. I'm now at 156!! WHoo hoo!

        That is awesome, for you it feels good when someone else notices, I tend to go shopping in the big girls side too. Way to go

                Yipee... good for you...it's so fun to be able to wear some of the "trendier" clothing without tugging on things!!

                  Thats awesome!!!!! I went yesterday to a clothing store and saw all these cute tops on sale for half off in the juniors section, so I decided I would try a couple and low and behold they fit! Yeay! However, I have a while until I will be able to wear jeans from that section... BUT I WILL SHOP THERE ONE DAY!

                    That's great, just wonderful.
                    Before I went away I had a look round the sales and nipped into Monsoon. I was stopped by an assistant who told me they "didn't go up to sizes as large as me".
                    well the company got a stinking letter and I wouldn't shop in there ever again however stick thin I got!
