  • Hello :)

Just wanted to say hi! I just finished with my induction period and have decided to go on extended induction. My results from my 2 week induction were I lost 10 lbs and 13 1/2 inches. (Maybe more but I didn't measure the first week) I am excited that I have made it this far and can't wait until the day that I can post that I have made goal. I know that will be a long time from now but I also know that it is possible with my new woe.

Congratulations on your 10 pound loss. I stayed on induction -- I was okay with the choice of foods on the induction list...so didn't have a problem. I'd just suggest that you learn different recipes with the acceptable foods so you don't get bored. BEST WISHES!!
