  • Need help planning for Thai restaurant

    Hi all,

My cousin is having her birthday dinner at Holy Basil, and I need some help deciding what is appropriate for me to eat.

Are any of the curries containing coconut milk ok? Green curry is my favorite, but if not, I'd be glad to have an excuse to try something else.

I was thinking Tom Yum (soup with chili pepper, lime leaf, lemongrass and mushrooms) and perhaps Beef Pad Kapraw (basil, chili pepper & onion) over a bed of lettuce. Is there anything better you can suggest?

By that time I'll have eaten
    4 net carbs
    1.5 salad veggie servings
    2 cheese servings
    56 g protein

    Here's a link to the menu: http://www.menupages.com/screenmenu....ml&taglineid=0

The last Thai restaurant I went to was hard for me to order off the menu. So much sugar in all that yummy stuff. But, they did make me an awesome garlic chicken without any added starches and sugars when I asked nicely!
