Tomorrow will be my 3 month mark....I stepped on the scale this morning, expecting to still be stuck at 230 and I weigh 222!!! Thats 40 lbs in 3 months!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!

Wowwww!!! That is fantastic!40 lbs in three months is more than great. Please share the details of your loss. I love to know what others are doing to lose their wt.
I have just been doing extended induction since June 1. I find that as long as I drink my water and have induction friendly snacks on hand, I will not cheat. Even if I am feeling hungry at a random time, I just drink more water until I feel full and wait. if the hunger lingers I eat. I have been going to the gym daily and doing 1 hour on the elliptical machine and then roation on the nautilus machines every other day ( 1 day upper body, 1 day lower body). I have cheated a few times and I do sometimes drink Michelob Ultra ( I know, I know I am not doing Atkins, I'm doing the Melissa diet) but I am sure to bust my *** extra hard the next day.
It is definitely hard doing the workouts ofr a whole hour but I break it up. The 1st 1/2 hour flies by and then I am usually tired and tell myself okay just 15 more minutes. Thos 15 go by and I figure, hey it wasn't that abd whats another 15.
I was very very nrevous when I was on vacation that because I wasn't going to the gym that I would gain, but I lost 10lbs in the 2 weeks I was gone....go figure.
keep in mind that I have ALOT to lose, so I expected it to come of semi quickly... but thanks for the support!!

aww thanks guys!! I am even more psyced now with all your nice words! What's weird is that it doesn't look as drama6tic as it sounds. I have noticed that I have lost little bits here and there, like on my back and just under my butt. It would be nice to lose a 40lb chunk somewhere but c'est la vie
