  • week 2 and moving on up

Week 2 on extended induction has brought me a 2 pound lose. That is a total of 15 pounds in 1 month. I am still struggling a bit with some of my earlier issues but have decided that maybe by widening my choices it will help a bit. So, I am moving on up to OWL! Thanks so much for the support. Hope to see you all there soon!

Congrats on the success in Extended Induction, and I wish you much success in OWL. Follow the rules as well as you did for Induction, and you will be fine.

Thanks Squeaker! I am doing good so far. Added my 5 carbs of vegies and dropped 2 pounds my first week. So I am going onto the Dairy rung. It is really nice to be able to broaden my food choices a bit.

Cleo dahlin' ....thanks for the welcome...but I have moved onward and upward...on the carb ladder of course..not with the weight.

                Parting is such sweet sorrow....
