    I'm so annoyed. I weighed myself all wrong when I started, and now I can't tell how much I've really lost. I was trying to translate UK stones into kilos (my scale only does stones), and then convert the kilos into pounds -- and I was doing it in my head, which is a really bad idea as I am basically innumerate. So even though I *think* I started at 213 lbs, I now know that can't be right -- I must have been heavier. It's messing up my ticker! And it's messing up my head.

    I can SEE I'm really losing now. Some of my trousers just slide off past my hips. I'm a UK 14.3 stone. I was 15.5 stone a month ago. I must have started at 16, I'm thinking.

    Oh well.

    Sorry, just needed to vent.

    Use your pant size to track your loss. Instread of saing I have lost 20lbs or 1 stone, Say I have lost 2 pant sizes. After all thats what really matters.

      You can vent all you want. I don't know anything about stones, but I do know when pants slide off hips....you are losing wt. Congratulations!!!!!
