I was just wondering, I restarted this wol on the 7th, and i have lost 10.2 pounds so far. I'm really proud of myself for staying with this, but part of me wonders if maybe I'm losing too much, too fast. I only have 48.4 more pounds to go til goal, so I definately didn't think I was gonna lose that much with my goal being relatively close. The first time around, I lost 4.5 pounds, then stalled and lost 5 more over the course of the first month. That's why I don't understand how i could lose 10.2 already!?! I'm definately grateful, I'm just kinda worried. Am I doing something wrong, or am I just paranoid? Thanks!!

Don't worry
As long as you are eating to induction rules (not low-fatting it) and having your 3 cups of veggies I dont think you can do yourself any damage.
You may be one of those people who lose loads the first week and nothing the second week - like our Cleo who lost about 20 pounds the first week and only one the second.
Just keep on as you are, keep taking your supplements and exercising and your body will reward you.
