  • JENNIE-O turkey burgers....OK?

    just wondering about these. Theres no carbs, sugars, and ingredients says turkey and natural flavors. does anyone else eat these? Are they induction safe? Thanks!

    If everything on the list of ingredients is on the acceptable food list for induction, then munch away! That is pretty much the mantra of induction.

      This is what gets me (those stinkin' manufacturers)... what, precisely, are natural flavors?! This tends to be a euphemism for "something crappy we don't want to admit to".

      Just stick to the one serving and count it as .5 carbs in fitday.com.

      If you notice any funny cravings, I'd either up the fat intake with the burger, or feed them to someone else.
