    New LOW!! SCALE FINALLY MOVED! and compliments..

    I have to say.. with the scale finally budging and getting compliments everyday has been great! the compliments keep on coming and it feels so good!!!! gotta love it. Scale finally moved to 297! WOOO!! after about over a month! lets hope it keeps on goin! Gotta love it!

      That's awesome! I felt uncomfortable with the compliments at first from my family and friends and now I love it! Not in a self centered way but because it gives me motivation. I think of all the wonderfully nice things people have said and it really helps me to keep my focus because I don't want to let them down or more importantly myself. Rock on!!!!

        YES! it moved once again! down to 296! I have a little over 8 months to lose 96 Lbs! Can I Do It? YESSSSSSSSSSSSS lol
