I have been checking out this site for awhile now and you are all so inspiring!!I
have been doing extended induction since January and lost 80 pounds so far. Now that I am getting closer to my goal I have started to get food cravings again...not to stray from atkins but just to have more of the snacks that we are allowed to have (usually the cheesecake pudding)
Do any of you once you are getting closer to goal have a harder time being motivated? I do excersize everyday on my excersize bike for 60-70 minutes. I thought that I would join some of the challenges and I think that will remotivate me...anyways I am so excited to be a part of this with all of you and I am so gratefull to be included.
We all CAN do this!!!
