I am back! I fell off the wagon for about a month so now weigh 235
when I *was* down to 229 from 262. But all is not lost. I had a pretty tough time the past few weeks, a couple of bad things happened to people around me and found myself doing my usual thing of comfort eating
no matter how hard I try I don't think I am going to be able to stop that, I guess I need to comfort eat something a little more atkins friendly than a great big bar of chocolate
Anyway, I never asked for this before because I always felt motivated enough on my own, but right now I just feel sooo sluggish, I wondered what you all do to keep yoursleves motivated while you're feeling down?
I am getting married in march and don't want to waddle down the aisle, I want to feel proud of who I am and what i have achieved! So, if you would share with me your handy tips, I would be very grateful!
