    Ann and Jill starting again.

Hi, I'm Jill and this is Ann. We work together and we're starting BACK on Adkins on Monday. Help! I, Jill, have gained back all but 5 of the 35 I lost before. I long to see onederland again.

And I, Ann, have gained back 20 of the 30 I lost. How silly of me! Help me keep Jill in line. Give me some good recipes that don't taste diety.

    See you on Monday.

Ladies, post in the Second Time Around Club Forum. You'll find other folks in the same boat as you, and they can give you advice in tune with the quirks of being on the diet the second time around.
