I do really, really well during the week and then the weekend comes and I cant stay on. Before I was fine but now....I just cant stick to it. So for the past two weeks its been tueday -friday on atkins, because I always try for monday but because I wasnt on it during the weekend, its hard just to jump right back on, make any sense?
So tonight im making a bunch of stuff to eat so that I will be prepared when the hunger comes this weekend. I've usually just made everything on the weekend and its enough until friday, which I figure is probably the problem so i'm gonna try making even more food this week and see what happens. I'm just having issues with the weekends..........any suggestions??? Thanks.
