I satrted working out almost 1 hr.... 40 min cardio and 20 min weight lifting and i have bloated so much as never before.....
It not going down at any cost.
I think i wa sgood before without exercise.
Has anyone expereinced this

YOU MUST DRINK YOUR WATER!

), but also drinking water, keeping up with my program, and remembering to rest on my "days of rest". Your body's muscles need time to heal and repair.
