Wanted to Share-Loss of 60.5 Pounds!

I think we need to celebrate our landmark losses even though it feels like it will take us forever to lose the amount of weight that we want to. When we "stick with it" the landmarks do come!

So I am celebrating today my 60.5# weight loss!

I'm sure my weight loss could have been more by now, as I have had some downfalls during this time. But what makes us/me successful is getting right back up there on that horse with no hesitation! Sometimes I am even thankful for the downfalls because they teach us/me something about ourselves if we are willing to listen.

Thanks for all the support and encouragement I have received on this board ! it is truly a wonderful place!
