I have been having a hard time in the evening as far as wanting something to much on...would like to eat something that is not going to give me heart burn at night!!!
Anyone else have this problem? If so, what are ytou having for an evening snack?!?! Something sweet? I have a problem controlling my portion size, so something that is hard to screw portions up would be best
