    After one month of curves and extended induction here are my results. Weight up 1.5 pounds. Bust -0.75 inches. Waist -1.00 inches, Abdomen -0.25 inches
    hips +0.5 inches, Thighs -1.00, no change with arms and calves.

    I'm glad I lost some inches. But I'm still disappointed with the weight loss/gain. I have been on atkins for 3 months and have not really lost any weight. I do see this as progress however.

    You're doing great! The inches are what matter. The weight doesn't take into account your muscle gains, unfortunately. You are doing GREAT!

      Hang in there. If you're eating your Atkins 'by the book', drinking your water, taking your supplements and exercising, you will be shrinking. You could always post a couple of days menu's just to see if there's anything that can be tweaked. Congratulations on the inches lost! The scale will eventually catch up.

          Hang in there! It could very well be the muscle built doing curves. Are you using fitday to track your intake?

            My wife went to curves a few years back. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY YOU'RE NOT LOSING WEIGHT. It's all muscle mass that you're replacing the fat with. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Good job on losing those inches! I envy you.
