Soy Sauce

I've been search forever, but I can't seem to find any info...

What is the rule for soy sauce on the induction? I can't find that info on my book either...

I see it lists soy and wheat as ingredients though, which are not on the allowed list of induction foods.

the best way to decide if a processed food item is allowed is to look at the list of ingredients and check each one against the induciton list.

If it isnt on the list dont eat it.

Remember sugar can be called many different things like fructose, corn syrup etc.
