I was at a my brother's house and they didn't have anything AT ALL that was allowed in the Induction... (I didn't know I wasn going there, if I knew I would have taken something w/ me...)
The only thing he had was Sugar-free Jell-o. I was literally starving and ate about half of the little plastic cup. I know that Atkins doesn't allow Jell-o (because of Aspartame), but I thought it was better to have some of this, than be too hungry and end up caving into something worse, kwim?
Now, I'm in some serious Ketosis and on a roll here, TG!! But now I'm afraid that this freking little half-pk will knock me out of ketosis or stall my weight...
What do you think?
If I tested it in a few minutes ( I ate about an hour ago) and it shows ketones, am I safe?
Please, let me know... I'm feeling real down about this...
