Hey ya'll, lately i've been making a kinda-sorta...........deviled egg salad? just the same as deviled eggs but instead of putting the filling in the egg i just chop up the egg and mix it all together. i've been making a couple eggs of it every morning and im wanted to just do a big batch of it for the entire week, but will it last that long? i dont want to eat a chunk on friday and it be all sour and make me wanna upchuck! lol
