http://lowcarbluxury.com/recipes/rec...esecake01.html Here is the one I made, it was wonderful and easy. Kids even liked it, stunned them all!

Has anyone made this pumpkin mock danish? How do you make the mock danish? I really hate that splenda, could mine be old? It tastes bad, my mom said she loves it , so I try it again, and blekkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk. What do you use for your sweetner.

Ok keep sharing!! The site on here is good, and the lowcarbluxury.com any others?

Dud-- anything where I've used porkrinds as breading. I'm sorry, but it still tastes like porkrinds!

Success-- spinach lasagne with alfredo and pignoli!

A long time ago, Brook posted a recipe for Faux French Toast called You Won't Believe its Not French Toast. It was made from pork rinds and with sugar free maple syrup, you wouldn't have believed it wasn't french toast.
(Now I am crediting Brook, but it was like almost 3 years ago so it could have been someone else)
