Re: help dinner from Ocharleys
Hi Rikki
No idea what you can eat there but I just wanted to congratulate you on thinking ahead and planning your menu in advance
Someone here used to have in their signature block the phrase
which we can see does not apply to youFailing to plan is planning to fail!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Re: help dinner from Ocharleys
Rikki,
I would say get a steak and then get a side of fresh veggies steamed with Ranch to dip them in.

Re: help dinner from Ocharleys
I know this may be a little late..but you might head back to O'Charleys again.
We always order the prime rib with a side of steamed broccoli & a caesar side salad (no croutons). They offer two types of horseradish sauce if you like that with prime rib. There is a cream style & the basic minced horseradish - plain. We get the plain & a side of sour cream & mix it in for a nice dip for the prime rib along with the au jus. I once got the cream style horseradish & it sure tasted super sweet - so I suspect it has some mystery sugars added in so that's why we get the plain & a scoop of sour cream & mix it ourselves.
Also the wings - dry - no sugary BBQ sauce are a good option too - we dip them in melted butter.
Also the grilled fish options - you can just ask that they don't season but with say salt & pepper & that's a great option.
Caesar dressing is your best bet - even the ranch and bleu cheeses they offer have sugars in them.
We eat at O'Charleys probably more than any other restaurant so we have it down to a science.
Footnote: If we are trying out a new restaurant...go to their website - many post their menu options & some even the nutritional info. You can usually request they email you the nutritional info before you go. That's been a great way to see what I might be getting myself in for before I get to the restaurant!
Hope that helped/helps. Jane
