Just thought I'd say hello! I'm on day 15 now and plan to stay on induction as long as I feel I can continue without being tempted to cheat because I'm bored or whatever
So, you may be stuck with me for a while
14 days, no cheating, drinking my water, and just started exercising this past week. I feel incredible! I lost two inches around my waist, an inch or so everywhere else and 15 pounds during the initial induction phase. I know things will slow down and I'm prepared for it, but I'm also prepared to change the rest of my life.
As a reward for making it through the initial induction phase I went out and bought myself a new pair of jeans and a new top. I usually wear black. My new sweater is RED, and semi form fitting (very unusual for my "only wear baggy clothes" self) I figure with the change in my WOE, I should change my whole look along with it. I'm ready for a new, improved me!
