  • Day 15

Just thought I'd say hello! I'm on day 15 now and plan to stay on induction as long as I feel I can continue without being tempted to cheat because I'm bored or whatever So, you may be stuck with me for a while

14 days, no cheating, drinking my water, and just started exercising this past week. I feel incredible! I lost two inches around my waist, an inch or so everywhere else and 15 pounds during the initial induction phase. I know things will slow down and I'm prepared for it, but I'm also prepared to change the rest of my life.

As a reward for making it through the initial induction phase I went out and bought myself a new pair of jeans and a new top. I usually wear black. My new sweater is RED, and semi form fitting (very unusual for my "only wear baggy clothes" self) I figure with the change in my WOE, I should change my whole look along with it. I'm ready for a new, improved me!

    Wooohoo

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

So many changes we all have to make. You rewarding yourself with clothes instead of food is just one of the steps we take in our new way of life.
WOW!!! Red sweater! Love to see a picture of you in it.
            I am proud of you.
