  • OWL success

    Thought I would let you know how things are going with OWL and encourage those of you that would like to have more choices not to be afraid of clicmbing the rungs! It is doable!!

    Well I have done 2 months on OWL and this month I lost 8 pounds. That brings me to a total of 32 pounds in 3 months.
    Here is the break down.
    2 weeks induction=12
    2 weeks extended induction=3
    1 month OWL=9
    2 months OWL=8
    Total= 32 pounds.

    Re: OWL success

    Congrats on your continued success in OWL and proving it can be done once again. Induction is not the only weight loss in the Atkins WOE. Good job!

          Conratulations Elsie and thanks for posting that. I intend to stay on induction for another two weeks and then move into OWL, but I must admit I find it a bit intimidating, so reading your post has really helped!
