but what does ketosis pee smell like? can you characterize it? i have heard a broad spectrum from super sweet smelling to smelling like burning popcorn....

Just for info - I find that my first wee in the morning smells very strong. The more water I drink, the better the smell. So, I can normally tell whether I've been drinking enough water for the day.Tania
