    Re: looking for opinions

Scented candles are always a nice reward...just stay away from the food-scented ones. At least until the addiction is broken!

Also... when you move to OWL with extra food choices, it'll be easier to make more legal 'treats'. Don't be afraid of making the move to OWL... the weight still falls, and it's way more enjoyable than induction.

                Pipee,

Chocolate is not out of your reach as a TREAT. Brook makes a little chocolate treat to die for. It is 1 oz. cream cheese, 1 pkg. Splenda, 1 or 2 drops vanilla (I leave this out usually) and like a 1/8 tsp. cocoa powder. Trust me, it will knock the chocolate craving and you stay legal. I hope it helps.

I did fine the first two weeks of induction without cravings, i am almost done my third week with some chocolate cravings, but I think I am ok- I will give it a whirl for this next week and a half and hopefully the cravings will go away. i need a kick in the pants sometimes

Totally agree. They are addictive and should only be used with caution and as a treat.

                        Re: looking for opinions

I like having lobster once a week as a treat for sticking to the plan. I don't know if it's really a reward, but it is something to look forward to. I think the difference is that I don't crave it like I would chocolate or cake, but I really like it and it's too expensive to have every day.
