I just wanted to congratulate you on your success so far. You are really putting those pounds behind, and don't worry about the occassional bump up. It's water weight to see that much change upwards in a few days. Just keep drinking the water and exercise, and the water will leave as quickly as it came in. Keep up the resistance to others' temptation. If you make it clear to them that even one bite could set you back weeks, they might grasp the concept. I have had to turn down more than one birthday cake/cookie/treat. They'll appreciate your will power even if their pride takes a bit of hit (their couldn't sway you to the dark side or to your old self).
