  • My first stall......

    Well, I have been toying with the same 3 pounds for a month. No change in inches. I did not cheat over the holidays. Fitday says under 20 carbs every day. Yep, it's officially a stall. I'm going to increase water and exercise. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

    Sounds simple but make sure yoiu are getting enough sleep. That causus some of us to stall. Also moving into OWL jump starts some

      before we can make suggestions we need to know what you been doing for your exercise what you been eating how much water you been drinking are you taking your supplements and lots more.
      Since you nmetioned water obviously you feel you aren't getting enough so start there. Increasing your exercise will cause a temp weight gain as your muscles superhydrate so be ready for that. it will go away when your muscles learn this new load is their normal load now.
