Re: Carb Options
Yep, what Becky Sue said. Remember, on induction we only eat the foods on the "acceptable list to give us the best start on this plan that we can. After the two weeks, if you want to try the low carb sustitutes, then do it slowly and carefully and if you have any adverse effects, stop them and drop back to what you were doing when you were losing

Re: Carb Options
When folks ask a question such as this, the answer is to look at the ingredients. When I look at the barbecue sauce, I find
Tomato Puree (Water, Tomato Paste), Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Natural Flavors, Modified Food Starch, Spices (Including Turmeric), Dried Onion, Soybean Oil, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Molasses, Xanthan Gum (for consistency), Potassium Sorbate*, Sodium Benzoate*, Sucralose (Splenda Brand), Anchovies, Tamarind.
Modified Food Starch, and Molasses are most certainly not induction friendly. So, the answer is "no," this particular product is not allowed.-Chris
