    I am amazed!!!

    I have been away from the board for a long time (not doing Atkins, gaining weight and all that stupid stuff). Now I'm back and I'm looking at everyones before and after pictures and so many of you have lost so much weight since I was last here...

    I'm very very jealous, and very very proud of you guys!

    Maybe some of you think that it's a very slow weightloss, but now that I have been away from here for more than 6 months, you have really really changed!

    Congratulations on looking so great and slim!!!!

                      Thanks....I don't know why I ever left, you guys are so friendly and forgiving....

                      But this time I am really staying.... I may need help on my way to goal, but I'm sure I can do it "with a little help from my friends"....
