  • It's true....

    Hi all. Ive been back for a couple of weeks...but only lurking around. I fell off the boat for awhile with the attitude that I could lose it all very quickly again. Not so. IT IS TRUE that if you yo-yo, you dont lose it as quickly as you did the first time. I am REALLY having a battle. However...am determined. I am sitting here with ankle weights on...I have 10 minutes before I go speed walk around the neighborhood park a few times. Just a little discouraged, although I did this to myself. Cheating doesnt pay. Well, it does pay. It paid me four whole pounds. I'm off on my walk....have a great day.

    Good for you for getting back on the boat. Sometimes it takes us a few tries to get going. You'll get there. Enjoy your walk.

      stick with it and you will again be a loser.
      BTW ankel weights have been shown to cause knee injuries in recent studies so just walk and carry the weights in your hands.

        I just hope I can be a loser SOON.

        And thanks for the advice. My husband doesnt like ankle weights either. He says the same thing. They have never bothered me. If I start getting sore I'll carry them.
