    Hi everyone!

    I just wanted to say hi to everyone on this board. I have been looking at it constantly since i started Atkins about 2 weeks ago and all of my questions have been answered while reading. Everyone around seems real nice and helpful and i can't even believe the before/after pics i have seen!

    i havent really lost any weight yet but i am trying to stick to induction as best i can. oh and i feel great. i cant believe how my appetite has been curbed!

    I am glad you have decided to start posting and join our ADBB family.

    The appetite suppression is amazing, isnt it!
    Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        thanks guys! i am happy to meet you all. i ordered my book a week ago an i'm eagerly waiting its arrrival. i still feel like im eating too much though but i guess i'll read the book and see what it's really all about!

        i know i'll be coming here for inspiration and just to feel like there are others out there living this lifestyle.
