I see alot of people who have been on atkins talk about this and I'm not quite sure I understand.
You talk about endurance and shocking the body. How does a person know if they are shocking their body ???? Ok, I have seen a difference as far as endurance (I added alot more time onto working out and I seem to be able to give more of myself in the workout then I was able to at the beginning) but don't think I'm shocking my body......
Also why does one need to shock their body???
