Hi all..
Well I am on day 18 and I am amazed that I have stuck to a Diet (well WOE) for so long. I have been walking a lot and I am actually feeling good.
My question is this:
How do people deal with other people slagging off this WOE?? Today I had a co-worker come up to me and say:
"Oh, you are eating a salad. You are not doing Atkins are you. Oh my. That is SO bad for you!! You know that Atkins guy was so BIG when he passed away!!..."
BLAH BLAH BLAH
I ended up just turning the other way. How do people deal with this?? It will be interesting to hear some comments on how people resond (if they do)
I really felt like sticking up for Atkins, but some people will just not get by the whole "low fat" diet way of looking at food. It is almost not worth the arguement. I just felt like saying: Read up and THEN come back to me!!
Anyway, will be good to hear some responces!!
