    Okay, I measure every 2 weeks. I measure EVERYWHERE humanly possible, b/c I love to see the numbers slowly slide downwards. My question is, what measurements count toward your total inches lost?? I know your waist, hips, bust, but I'm not sure about the rest.

    i measure bust, waist, hips, upper arm and upper thigh. i think this is enough meausirng for me...LOL.

    i'm sure if you really wanted to you could also measure your forearms and calves, but i see enough results in the areas i measure, KWIM?

      I measure calves, thighs (at the top-right below my hiney at the chunky part. grr), hips, waist, 3 chest measurements (rib cage/fullest part of bust/under arms), forearms and biceps. I count everything. LOL
