I've been back for about two weeks and dropped about 13 lbs in that period of time.. im guessing some water weight but again i FEEL so much better again.. much more energy which you dont even realize isnt there until you come back on atkins train.. something i really want to do this time is DRINK ALL MY WATER because i've heard the water alone and the amount u drink a day can impact weight loss dramatically daily. i have been on for the past two weeks but am starting how i like to say "fresh" today with my water and exercise because im over the phase where i need to be at goal by prom which is may 19.. i just want to do this right because i have the rest of my life to live and whereever i am for prom.. i'll still have an awesome time.. i would love to be close to goal however so working hard for sure..
